Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that Legasi Azam Sdn Bhd (“Legasi Azam”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRCB Land Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had today entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with The Government of The Federal Republic of Germany (“Vendor”) for the acquisition of a parcel of land together with buildings erected thereon held under Geran 34211, Lot 94, Seksyen 58, Bandar and Daerah Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (“German Embassy Land”) for a cash consideration of RM259,155,708 (“Purchase Consideration”).
