(Company No. 1130684-K) ("JAG Land") ("the Incorporation"). JAG Land is a private limited company which has an authorised share capital of RM1,000,000/- comprising 1,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- each and the present issued and paid-up capital is RM2/- divided into two (2) ordinary shares of RM1/- each. JAG Land has not commenced business since its Incorporation. The intended activity of JAG Land is to acquire and deal with any land or property, whether movable or immovable, and to carry on business in connection with the construction of buildings. The Incorporation was funded through internally generated funds and the Incorporation is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing, share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of JAG for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. The Board of Directors of JAG is of the opinion that the Incorporation is in the best interest of JAG. This announcement is dated 10 February 2015.
