The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement dated 8 April 2014 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pelangi, RHB Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement dated 8 April 2014 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition, all the conditions precedent have been fulfilled and that the remaining balance purchase consideration amounting to RM13.95 million has been paid in full, hence marking the completion of the Proposed Acquisition on 5 December 2014.
