PHCC was incorporated in Malaysia on 1 December 2014 with an authorised share capital of RM400,000 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and paid-up share capital of RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The intended principal activity of PHCC is to own and operate a convention centre. The aforesaid acquisition is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the UEMS Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
