We refer to the announcements dated 10 April 2014, 23 April 2014, 21 May 2014 and 8 July 2014 in relation to the proposed change in the shareholding structure of QCM.

On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the SC has, via its letter dated 10 October 2014, approved the following:

(i) the transfer by CRPL of its 40% equity interest in QCM to MRCB;

(ii) the transfer by CCSB of its 20% equity interest in QCM to GJSB;

(iii) the transfer by CCSB of its 9% equity interest in QCM to QRHSB; and

(iv) the transfer by CCSB of its 1% equity interest in QCM to MRCB.

This announcement is dated 13 October 2014.
