HENG HUAT RESOURCES GROUP BERHAD (“HENG HUAT”) TRANSACTIONS (CHAPTER 10 OF THE LISTING REQUIREMENTS): NON-RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Board of Directors of Heng Huat (“Board”) wish to announce that, HK Gua Musang Sdn Bhd (“HKGMSB” or the “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Heng Huat had on 13 October 2014 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement (“SPA”) with Eleplas Wood Technology Sdn Bhd (“EWTSB” or the “Vendor”) for the proposed acquisition of a piece of leasehold industrial land measuring 44,461 square meter located at Bandar Gua Musang, Jajahan Gua Musang, Negeri Kelantan (“Land”) for a cash consideration of RM3,670,000 (“ Proposed Acquisition”).
