We refer to the announcements dated 26 June 2014, 17 July 2014, 25 July 2014, 15 August 2014, 24 September, 25 September 2014 and 10 October 2014 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board of FimaCorp, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the Proposals have been completed following the listing of and quotation for 164,853,620 Subdivided Shares and 80,470,710 Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 13 October 2014.
