| Description | VTI VINTAGE BERHAD (“VVB” or “the Company”) - Monthly Announcement on Status of Plan to Regularise Condition Pursuant to Practice Note No. 17 of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“PN17”) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad |
Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 1 July 2014, 3 July 2014, 14 July 2014, 17 July 2014, 18 July 2014, 22 July 2014 and Circular to Shareholders dated 29 April 2014. The Board of Directors of VTI Vintage Berhad (“VVB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company had completed the Proposed Capital Reduction, Proposed Share Consolidation and Proposed Amendments pursuant to the Proposed Restructuring Scheme approved by the shareholders of the Company at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 23 May 2014. At the same time, the Company had on 24 July 2014 issued and allotted the placement shares of 17,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in VVB together with 8,500,000 free new warrants pursuant to Proposed Private Placement. The Proposed Restructuring Scheme is now pending implementation for the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants, Proposed Set-Off and Proposed Debt Settlement. Further announcement on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in due course. This announcement is dated 1 August 2014.
