JCM was incorporated on 9 November 2012 with an authorised share capital of RM100,000 of which 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been issued and fully paid up. JCM has not commenced operations since its incorporation and does not have any subsidiary or associated company.

 

The directors of JCM are Dato’ Sri Dr Goh Tian Chuan and Mr. Chen Heng Mun.

 

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above-mentioned Acquisition.

 

The Acquisition is not subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
