Remarks :
Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd ("Company") and Mr. Somsak Chayapong, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company have reached agreement for a mutual separation with effect from 31 August 2014. There was no disagreement between the Board and Mr. Somsak.

The Company would like to thank Mr. Somsak for his contributions to the Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd Group ("Group") and wishes him well in his future endeavours. The Company has already commenced a search for a new CEO and shall make further announcement in due course.

Pending the appointment of a successor, Dato' Ng Jui Sia, a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company will oversee the management of the Group.
