Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Transfer. We refer to the earlier announcement dated 14 May 2014 in relation to, amongst others, the Proposed Transfer, specifically pertaining to the statement stipulating that the application to the relevant authorities for the Proposed Transfer shall be made within two (2) months from the date of the announcement dated 14 May 2014. Pursuant to the above and on behalf of the Board of Directors of OCK, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the submission of the application to the relevant authorities for the Proposed Transfer shall be extended by another one (1) month from the date of this announcement. This announcement is dated 14 July 2014.
