We refer to our announcements dated 22 September 2011, 30 November 2012 and 14 December 2012 respectively.

The Board of Directors of YNH Property Bhd ("YNHB" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia("IRB") had on 20 June 2014 withdrawn its appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court which allowed the appeal by YNH Construction Sdn. Bhd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, against the additional assessment raised by IRB for the Year of Assessment 1999. The order of the High Court dated 30 November 2012 therefore stands.

This announcement is dated 26 June 2014.
