We refer to our announcements dated 16 May 2014, 20 May 2014, 22 May 2014 and 6 June 2014 in relation to the Offer. The Board of Directors of WWTKH wishes to announce that WWTKH has today received the attached press notice from RHB Investment Bank Berhad, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the closing date and time of the Offer has been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Friday, 27 June 2014 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Friday, 11 July 2014 (“Extended Closing Date”). Save for the Extended Closing Date, all other details, terms and conditions as set out in the Offer Document remain unchanged. The notice of the said Extended Closing Date will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares accordingly (including the holders of Offer Shares who have accepted the Offer). In accordance with Section 26(1) of the Code, the details disclosure of level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysia time) on Tuesday, 24 June 2014 is set out in the attached press release.
