DescriptionThe Board of Directors of Master-Pack wishes to announce that the Company had, on 10 June 2014 received a Notice of Dissolution dated 06 June 2014 informing that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Master-Pack Vietnam Co., Ltd (“MPVCL”) will be removed / struck off from the list of foreign invested enterprises having head-office in Ho Chi Minh City with effect from 13 June 2014 i.e. within 7 days from 06 June 2014. Accordingly, MPVCL will cease to be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 13 June 2014.

MPVCL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Master-Pack Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. MPVCL was incorporated in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 29 August 2011 with an authorised charter capital of USD300,000.00. MPVCL has been dormant since it was incorporated.

The dissolution has no financial or operational impact on the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.
