The Board of Directors of KSL wishes to announce
that KSL had obtained an approval from its shareholders at the Thirteenth
Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2013 to purchase its own shares ("Share Buy-Back")
in accordance with Section 67A of the Companies Act, 1965 ("the said
Mandate"). The said Mandate for Share Buy-Back will expire at the
conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The Company wishes to seek the shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. A Statement on the Proposed Renewal of Authority for Share Buy-Back will be dispatched to shareholders together with the Company's 2013 Annual Report in due course.
