The Board of Directors of Integrax wish to announce that at the Company's forthcoming 28th Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate for Share Buy-Back by the Company of an amount not exceeding 10% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of the Company ("Share Buy-Back"). The Shareholders' mandate for Share Buy-Back approved by the Company's shareholders at the previous AGM of the Company held on 19 June 2013 will lapse at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM of the Company unless authority for its renewal is obtained from the shareholders at the forthcoming AGM.
