| Following the Rights Issue with Warrants, the exercise price of the Warrants A will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll A. Any adjustments to the exercise price of the Warrants will be rounded up to the nearest one (1) sen, pursuant to the Deed Poll A. In addition, up to 34,842,661 additional Warrants A consequential to the Rights Issue with Warrants ("Additional Warrants A") will be allotted and issued on the basis of 56 Additional Warrants A for every 187 existing Warrants A held by the entitled Warrant A holders of the Company, whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date. Any adjustments to the number of Additional Warrants A will be rounded downwards to the nearest whole Warrant. The Additional Warrants A will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares and Warrants C on 24 June 2014. The notice to Warrant A holders setting out the details of the adjustments to the exercise price of the Warrants A and the notice of allotment of the Additional Warrants A will be despatched in due course. The Warrant A holders who duly exercise their Warrants A to subscribe for the ordinary shares in EAH by 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date, will be entitled to the Right Shares with Warrants.
