October 2013, 27 August 2013, 26 July 2013, 27 June 2013, 12 June 2013, 23
April 2013 and 5 April 2013, Country View Berhad wishes to announce that on 4
May 2014 following mediation, Consent Judgement between the Company and the
Plaintiffs had been entered into by the Johor Bahru High Court. Under the Consent Judgement with no admission of
liability, the Company as the 3rd Defendant shall pay a sum of
RM750,000 within 30 days from the date of Consent Judgement to the Plaintiffs
through the Plaintiff's solicitors as full and final settlement in respect of
the Civil Suit, with no order as to cost. This settlement under the Consent Judgement is
not expected to have any material impact on the financial condition (in terms
of cash flow and revenue) of the Group. This announcement is dated 5 May 2014. | |
