Further to the announcements made on 9 April 2013 and the subsequent clarification announcement dated 12 April 2013, the Board of Directors of Taxmax wishes to inform that Tadmax had on 28 April 2014 entered into a variation to the Sale and Purchase Agreement between its wholly owned subsidiary, Tadmax Power Sdn. Bhd. and Inai Kiara Sdn. Bhd. on 9 April 2013. The variation entails the entering into an agreement for the sale and purchase of 100% shareholdings in Kirana Abadi Sdn.
