We refer to the announcements dated 5 August 2013, 30 August 2013 and 6 September 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions. On behalf of the Board of Directors of FGB (“Board”), CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that on 18 April 2014, the Company entered into a conditional share sale agreement with UEMG in relation to the Proposed Acquisitions.
