The application by the petitioner, Messrs Krish Maniam & Co, to appoint a private liquidator (Jambulingam Sethuraman Raki) to replace the Official Receiver as the liquidator of the Company is currently fixed for hearing on 26 March 2014 and not 8 April 2014 as announced earlier. This announcement is dated 11 March 2014.
