1. Texchem-Pack Holdings (S) Ltd. (“TXPHS”), a 70.48% owned subsidiary of TRB, was placed under the Watch-List on 5 March 2012 pursuant to the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited as TXPHS has incurred pre-tax losses (excluding exceptional or non-recurrent income and extraordinary items) for three consecutive financial years from 2009 to 2011. As TXPHS has not achieved profitable position within 24 months from 5 March 2012, this has resulted in the issuance of the Delisting Notification by Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited to TXPHS on 5 March 2014. 2. The Board is of the view that the Delisting Notification is not expected to have any operational impact on TRB Group. This announcement is dated 10 March 2014.
