Reference is made to our previous announcement dated 28 November 2013. The abovementioned case was fixed today for Case Management for parties to update the Court on the status of SYABAS’ appeal to the Federal Court pertaining to the striking out of the Third Party proceeding against the State Government of Selangor. In today’s proceeding, SYABAS' counsel informed the Court that the Federal Court has fixed the said appeal for Hearing on 7 April 2014. Having heard this, the learned Judge has then fixed this case for further Case Management on 9 April 2014. Perangsang Selangor will make necessary announcement on further development of this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 27 January 2014. | |
