We refer to the announcements dated 31 October 2013 in relation to the completion of the Transfer and 2 December 2013 in relation to the decision of the Board of Directors of BToto (“Board”) not to proceed with the Proposed Listing. On behalf of the Board, Maybank Investment Bank
Berhad wishes to announce that following the abortion of the Proposed Listing,
the relevant parties have unwound the Transfer today and STM is now back as a
100% direct subsidiary of BToto. This Announcement is dated 21 January 2014.
