On behalf of the Board of Directors of GDEX, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 549,743,856 Subdivided Shares and 33,751,317 additional Warrants arising from the adjustments made in accordance with the provisions under the Deed Poll constituting the Warrants dated 11 January 2011 consequential to the Share Split will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad at 9.00 a.m. on 18 December 2013. We refer to the announcements dated 3 April 2013, 8 April 2013, 17 July 2013 and 8 November 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CIH, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) is pleased to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia (“SC”) had, vide its letter dated 16 December 2013, granted its approval for the Proposed Acquisition, subject to the following conditions: (i) CRSB to comply with the following with regard to its properties: Property Condition of approval Lot 2239, Jalan Rajawali, Batu 9, Kampong Kebun Baru, Teluk Panglima Garang, Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan CRSB is to rectify all unapproved buildings/ structures/ extensions within 6 months from the date of the SC’s approval letter. ; and (ii) Maybank IB and CIH to fully comply with the requirements of the SC’s Equity Guidelines and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s Main Market Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Acquisition.
