Hence, there is no further need for them to remain in existence. FINANCIAL AND OPERATIONAL EFFECTS The MVW of the 2 subsidiaries will not have any effect on the issued and paid up capital and shareholding structure of the Company. The Company is not expected to record any material loss or material effect on its net assets, gearing ratio and earnings per share for the financial year ending 31 July 2014 due to the MVW. The MVW is also not expected to have any material impact on the operations of the Hwang-DBS Group.
