We wish to announce that ADB has on 29 October 2013 received the press notice from RHBIB, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the notice to shareholders of ADB who have not accepted the Offer ("Holder(s)") in accordance with Section 223(2) of the CMSA has been despatched to the Holders of ADB on even date. With regards to the above, if the Holder wishes to his/ her right in accordance with Section 223(1) of the CMSA, the Holder can serve the Joint Offerors a notice to acquire his/ her ADB Shares on or before 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 28 January 2014, on the terms of the Offer or such other terms as may be agreed or as the High Court thinks fit to order, in an application made to it by the Holder.
