USD134,000.00. Upon the aforesaid subscription of shares, PT. BK Indonesia has
become a sub-subsidiary of the Company. The Company has received the notification in
relation thereto from BKPL on 29 October 2013. PT. BK Indonesia is a private company incorporated in Indonesia with the total paid up share capital of USD200,000.00. The intended principal activity is that of an investment holding company. The new incorporation will not have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of BKCB Group for the financial year ending 31 March 2014.
