Further to the Company's announcement on 19 August 2013 in respect of the acquisition of a wholly-owned subsidiary, Sun Rock Development Sdn Bhd (930414-T) ("SRD"), the Board of Directors of Asdion Berhad ("AB") wishes to announce that AB had, on 30 August 2013, subscribed for a further 96 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the capital of SRD for a total cash consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Ninety-Six (RM96.00) only. The Company's total investment in SRD now stands at 100 shares of RM1.00 each fully paid, representing 100% of the issued and paid-up share capital of SRD.


None of the Directors and/or substantial shareholders of AB and persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect in the above subscription of shares.
