Further to the announcement made on 25 November 2010 and the regular updates of announcement on 26 November 2010, 8 March 2011, 29 December 2011, 18 January 2012, 9 April 2012, 17 April 2012, 4 December 2012, 10 June 2013, 17 July 2013 and 16 August 2013, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that during the Court hearing for the delivery of judgment on 13 September 2013, the Judge allow the plantiff's claim and order that the defendant refund the sum of RM6,252,659.84 with interest at 5% per annum from the date of filing of this action until realization and with costs of RM10,000.00. AEH Capital Sdn Bhd, the subsidiary of the Company, has instructed its solicitors, Messrs Skrine to file an appeal at the Court of Appeal against the said judgement.
