The Board of Directors of Analabs wishes to announce that the present
mandate granted by the shareholders of the Company at the Annual General
Meeting ("AGM") held on 24 October 2012 to buy back its own shares will
expire at the conclusion of the forthcoming 15th AGM. In this
regard, the Company proposes to seek from its shareholders at the
forthcoming 15th AGM to be convened, a renewal of authority to purchase
up to a maximum of ten per centum (10%) of the issued and paid-up share
capital of the Company comprising of 60,024,000 ordinary shares of
RM1.00 each. A circular to the shareholders containing details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back and the Proposed Amendments set out in Appendix I of the notice of the AGM, will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course. | |
