In this connection, Perangsang Selangor wishes to furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with the following additional information as requested, for public release:- Financial Impact The Group has disclosed the sum of RM53.557 million as a contingent liability in respect of this matter as reported under Notes 50(i)(b) in the Group’s audited financial statement for the financial year ended 31 December 2012. Similarly, it is also disclosed in the quarterly announcement in respect of the unaudited financial results for the period ended 31 March 2013 under Notes A13(a)(ii) for the sum of RM54.910 million. Operational Impact There is no operational impact resulting from the Suit as the relevant joint venture had been terminated and aborted in 2002. This announcement is dated 26 August 2013.
