The solicitor for SAP informed that the Court has fixed further Case Management on 10 October 2013 for the following:- (i) the Court has requested the parties to file the English translation of Pleadings, Agreed Facts, Agreed Issue, Summary of Case instead of in Bahasa Malaysia version which were filed earlier; and (ii) the parties to file Opening Statement. Perangsang Selangor will make the necessary announcement on further development of this matter in due course. This announcement is dated 26 August 2013.
