Information on the said Property pursuant to Part C, Appendix 10A of the Main Market Listing Requirements ("LR"), where applicable. 2. Breakdown of the internally generated funds and bank borrowings to finance the Purchase Price, and the effect of borrowings to the Group's gearing. 3. Salient terms of the Sale and Purchse Agreement. 4. The original cost of investment to MISB and the date of such investment. 5. Total amount transacted with the same related party for the preceding 12 months. 6. Whether the shareholders' approval is required for the Transaction. 7. To specify "all aspects" of the Transaction, that were considered by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors in arriving at their opinion that the Transaction is in the best interest of the Company. 8. To also incorporate a statement by the Audit Committee on whether the Transaction is on normal commercial terms and is not detrimental to the interest of the minority shareholders. 9.
