The Board of Directors of AHB wishes to announce that a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHB, United Industries Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 13873-U) (“UISB” or “Vendor”), has on 1 August 2013 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) to dispose of all that piece of land held under H.S. (M) 36091, P.T. 54755, Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Negeri Selangor measuring approximately 24,281 square metres (“Land”) together with 3 industrial buildings and an office building erected thereon bearing the postal address of Bangunan United Industries, Batu 5 , Jalan Meru, 41050 Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan (hereinafter the Land and the aforesaid buildings shall collectively be referred to as the “Property”) to Netflix Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 1008423-W) (“NSB” or “Purchaser”) for a total cash consideration of RM18.0 million only (hereinafter referred to as “Proposed Disposal”).
