Description	Sutera Ceria Sdn Bhd (Company No. 499589-M) (“SCSB”) a subsidiary of Pelangi Publishing Group Bhd (“PPGB” or "the Company"), has purchase freehold vacant land at a total consideration of RM8,209,415-20 (Ringgit Malaysia: Eight Million Two Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen and Cent Twenty Only) (hereinafter referred to “Transaction”).
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pelangi Publishing Group Bhd (“PPGB” or "the Company"), we wish to announce, Sutera Ceria Sdn Bhd (Company No. 499589-M) (“SCSB”) a subsidiary of the Company has entered into two (2) separate Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPAs”) on 30 July 2013 with Pong Kek Sing (NRIC No 780918-01-5047), Yap Meng Fei (NRIC No. 821008-01-5249) and Xiang Long (M) Holdings Sdn Bhd (Company No. 933861-V) of No. 77-02, Jalan Mutiara Emas 10/19, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor respectively to purchase the all that pieces of freehold vacant land at a total consideration of RM8,209,415-20 (Ringgit Malaysia: Eight Million Two Hundred Nine Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen and Cent Twenty Only) (hereinafter referred to “Transaction”).
