On behalf of the Board of Directors of Inari, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that Inari proposes to undertake the following: (i) The proposed transfer of the listing of and quotation for the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Inari from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Proposed Transfer Listing”); and (ii) The proposed amendments to the Articles of Association of Inari to facilitate the implementation of the Proposed Transfer Listing (“Proposed Amendments”). (The Proposed Transfer Listing and Proposed Amendments are collectively referred to as the “Proposals”) Further details on the Proposals are set out in the attachment herein.
