The Court has vacated the trial dates fixed on 23 July 2013 and 24 July 2013 as the new Learned Judge who took over the conduct of the case is fully engaged in another trial on the same dates. The Court has fixed the new trial dates on 14 November 2013 and 15 November 2013. The Company will make the necessary announcement on further development on this matter in due course.
