Query Letter Contents We refer to your Company's announcement dated 26 June 2013 in respect of the
aforesaid matter.

In respect of the Addendum, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following
additional information for public release:-

1. Section 7 - Entitlements of China Idea [item 7.1(b)]

To quantify the Guarantee Return, Residual Rights and all other proceeds and
benefits from the sale of the Residential Units and Commercial Portion
separately and respectively, as at the latest audited and unaudited accounts
of Yanfull Shanghai.

2. To state the entitlements of China Idea's under the Addendum dated 20
December 2012 that are in addition to the entitlements 'explicitly' set out in
the Management Agreement (now known as Development Participation Agreement)
dated 25 July 2007.

For each of the additional entitlement, please quantify the amount that China
Idea is entitled to based on Yanfull Shanghai lastest audited and unaudited
accounts.

3. To name the signatories to the Addendum dated 20 December 2012.

4. To state whether the terms set out in the Addendum dated 20 December 2012
are similar to the terms as set out in the draft addendum that are referred to
in the Special Audit Report dated 3 January 2013. If not, please specify and
tabulate the differences.
