The Board of Directors of BTECH wishes to announce that Brite-Tech Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“BCSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BTECH, has accepted a fixed loan facility of RM 7,000,000.00 (‘the fixed loan facility”) granted by Public Bank Berhad ("PBB”) for working capital purposes in BCSB’s business operations. The Company will provide a corporate guarantee of RM 7,000,000.00 in favour of PBB in respect of the fixed loan facility granted to BCSB. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of BTECH or persons connected to the Directors and/or major shareholders of BTECH have any interest, direct or indirect in the fixed loan facility.
