The Capital Repayment will be implemented by way of a reduction of the share premium of Magnum under Sections 60 and 64 of the Companies Act, 1965, whereby the amount of RM696,500,000.00 will be distributed to all entitled shareholders of Magnum in proportion to their shareholdings in Magnum.
