The Board of Directors (“Board”) of DEGEM is pleased to announce that on 10 June 2013 , Diamond & Platinum Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 493079-H)(“D&P”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of DEGEM, had entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Norzimah binti Abdullah (NRIC No.: 600117-09-5082), the administratrix of the Estate of Abdullah bin Ludek (Deceased) for the acquisition of a piece of freehold land held under Geran 16088, Lot 14954, Mukim Kuala Lumpur, Daerah Kuala Lumpur together with a building erected thereon bearing postal address known as No. 47, Jalan Maarof, Taman Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur (“the Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM6,400,000/- (“Purchase Price”) subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
