    Remarks :- This announcement is made on behalf of WCTB. The securities holders of WCTB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of WCTB at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 1 July 2013 ("Entitlement Date"), shall be entitled to the Securities Exchange on the basis of one (1) WCTH Security for one (1) WCTB Security held.

    In order to facilitate the Securities Exchange, the trading of WCTB Securities on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 25 June 2013, being 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last day of trading of WCTB Securities on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 24 June 2013.

    The suspension of trading of WCTB Securities will continue until the admission of WCTH to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the new WCTH Securities to be issued under the Securities Exchange on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
