The Board of Directors of LFE wishes to inform that the Company is still in the midst of evaluating various options to undertake and formulate a Self-Regularisation Plan to regularise its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”) and that there has been no material development subsequent to the announcement on 1 March 2013. The Board of Directors of LFE also wishes to clarify that at this juncture, the Board do not foresee that the said Regularisation Plan will result in a significant change in the business direction or policy of the Company. Premised on the First Announcement on 1 October 2012, the last day for submission of the Regularisation Plan by the Company to Bursa Securities and obtain Bursa Securities’ approval to implement the said Regularisation Plan would be by 30 September 2013, which is approximately six (6) months from the date of this announcement.
