We refer to the announcement made on 29 March 2013 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcement”). Further to the Announcement, on behalf of the Board of JRB, TA Securities Holdings Berhad wishes to announce that the estimated total gross development value and total gross development cost of the Proposed Development as per the Announcement has been amended to approximately RM941.5 million and RM701.0 million respectively. Description	SCIENTEX BERHAD - DEREGISTRATION OF A SUBSIDIARY IN JAPAN
The Board of Directors of Scientex Berhad ("Scientex") wishes to announce that Scientex Japan Co., Ltd. ("Scientex Japan"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientex Polymer Sdn Bhd in Japan, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientex, which has turned dormant, had applied to Legal Affairs Bureau of Japan on 14 March 2013 for deregistration. Accordingly, Scientex Japan had officially ceased business operations on 19 March 2013 and unless cause is shown to the contrary, will be dissolved on the expiration of 2 months from the date of publication of the deregistration in the gazette on 2 April 2013. Scientex Japan was involved in manufacturing and marketing of tufted carpet mats for motor vehicles and rendering of related services, before cessation of its business operations. Its operations have been taken over by a Japan representative office of a wholly-owned subsidiary of Scientex, Scientex Industries Group Sdn Bhd. The deregistration of Scientex Japan is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net asset of Scientex Group for the financial year ending 31 July 2013. This announcement is dated 16 April 2013.
