Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company's announcement dated 3 April 2013 in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- To clarify the relationship between SEAL Group and KTM. To clarify the phrase "without vacant posession" in the announcement. To also incorporate details of the arrangements under the SPA in the event any of the NA is terminated.
