We refer to the announcements made by
M&A Securities Sdn Bhd (“M&A Securities”), on behalf of the Board of
Directors of BAHVEST (“Board”), on 14 September 2012, 20 September 2012 and 1
October 2012 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, M&A
Securities is pleased to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa
Securities”) had vide its letter dated 18 March 2013, approved the listing and
quotation of up to 35,000,000 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in BAHEST
(“Placement Shares”) representing up to 10% of the issued and paid-up share
capital of BAHVEST (excluding treasury shares) pursuant to the Private Placement
subject to the following conditions:
(i) BAHVEST and M&A Securities must fully comply with the relevant
provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“ACE LR”) pertaining to
the implementation of the Private Placement;
(ii) BAHVEST and M&A Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the
completion of the Private Placement; and
(iii) BAHVEST to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its
compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the
Private Placement is completed. BAHVEST
is required to ensure full compliance of all the requirements as provided under
the ACE LR at all times. This announcement is dated 18 March 2013. | |
