We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 24 December 2012, 28 December 2012 and 31 December 2012 in relation to the Offer. The Company wishes to announce that in accordance with the Malaysian Code on Take-Overs and Mergers, 2010, the Board of Directors has appointed M&A Securities Sdn Bhd as the independent adviser to advise the non-interested Directors and holders of the Offer Shares in relation to the Offer.
