Description	With reference to the letter from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") dated 11th December 2012 querying the Company on an unusual market activity in relation to the recent sharp increase in price and high volume of trading of the Company's shares, the Company would like to confirm that to the best of its knowledge and after making due enquiry with the board of directors and major shareholders seeking their views on the matter that is the subject of the query, the Company is not aware of any of the following that may have contributed to the unusual market activity: 1. Any corporate development relating to the Group's business and affairs that has not been previously announced that may account for the unusual market activity including those in the stage of negotiation/discussion; 2. Any rumour or report concerning the business and affairs of the Group that may account for the unusual market activity; 3. Any other possible explanation to account for the unusual market activity save and except for the following:- (i) On 3 December 2012, DSC issued an announcement on "DELAY IN RELEASE OF FOURTH QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2012". (ii) Subsequently on 6 December 2012, DSC released the announcement for our "QUARTERLY REPORT ON CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL PERIOD ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2012". For information, and as announced on 6 December 2012, DSC reported a loss before taxation of RM0.21 million for the unaudited financial results ended 30 September 2012, as compared to the audited loss before taxation of RM4.95 million for the preceding corresponding year ended 30 September 2011. The Company will make the necessary announcement to Bursa Securities of any material information in compliance with Rule 9.03 of Bursa Securities ACE Market Listing Requirements.
