Description	COMPUGATES HOLDINGS BERHAD (“Compugates” or “the Company”) -DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT
Compugates is pleased to announce that Compugates Sdn. Bhd. (“CSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Compugates, had today entered into a Distributor Agreement (“the Agreement”) with Brother International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Brother”) for the appointment of CSB as a Non-Exclusive Distributor to purchase, market and distribute Brother Products in Malaysia (“the Appointment”) according to all the terms and conditions as stipulated therein. The Appointment is effective from today and shall be valid for a period of twelve (12) months�subject to renewal in writing. Effect of the Appointment The Appointment is expected to contribute positively to Compugates Group’s earnings for the financial year ending 31 December 2013. However, the Appointment will not have any effect on the net assets, share capital and shareholdings structure of Compugates. Directors’ and Major Shareholders’ Interests None of the Directors or major shareholders or persons connected to the Directors or major shareholders has any direct or indirect interest in the Appointment.
